Headed by an Australian chef, ‘Lettuce and Lime’ specializes in weddings as well as any  event large or small.
The food is innovative and fresh with a multi-cultural zing. We use chemical free produce whenever possible. Many of the salad items, vegetables and berries are grown on our farm without chemicals.

Lettuce and Lime’ has grown from small beginnings in Underberg, the heart of the Southern Drakensberg and spread wide through word of mouth.

The Southern Drakensberg is becoming more &  more  popular  for  weddings, conferences and other events. The scenery is next to none, our venues beautiful. And to top it all off, a country wedding or event with first class service can’t be beaten!

Spring is incredible with our wildflowers blooming, the fresh green on the trees, summer with rolling green hills and the Umzimkulu River full and  then autumn with the incredible golds, yellows, brown and orange as the trees turn before winter.

Judy catered for 120 people at our wedding in the midlands in May 2008. She pulled it off beautifully with an absolutely delicious array of vegetarian and meat dishes and with greens from her very own garden! Judy was professional and perfectly calm throughout, (just the thing for stressed brides and grooms).
